Team and Group Chat: One-on-One and Group Messaging
Effective communication is the heart of every productive team. Our chat system is designed to make connecting with coworkers, admins, and clients fast, secure, and seamless, whether it’s a private conversation or a larger group discussion.
One-on-One Chat
Every admin and coworker has a dedicated single chat room for one-on-one conversations. This allows messages to flow back and forth easily, ensuring that questions, updates, and instructions are exchanged clearly and efficiently.
Group Messaging
Admins and coworkers can create group chat rooms, which are exclusively for coworkers and admins—clients do not have access. Only coworkers who are assigned to a particular group can see and participate in that chat room. If a coworker is not part of the group, the chat room remains completely invisible to them. Admins, however, have full visibility and can access all group chat rooms across the system.
Within these chats, users can share files and media:
- Files are shared without compression, preserving their full quality.
- Media files such as images and videos are compressed for faster loading and smoother access.
Company-Level Communication
Our platform also includes a company-wide group chat, bringing together all admins and coworkers. This central chat room makes it easy to coordinate, share updates, and discuss broader topics on a company level, without compromising privacy in client-specific chats.
Overseen Chats
To ensure security and proper team management, the system features Overseen Chats, a dedicated section for admins. Through this feature, admins can monitor all chat rooms on the system and review conversations to ensure communication stays on track.
Access Control and Security
Coworkers only see chat rooms they are assigned to, including both client and group chats. Unassigned rooms remain hidden, keeping all communications relevant and secure. Admins, however, have full access to monitor and manage conversations as needed.
